It's hard to believe that Saylor is 2 1/2 years old already. She has had quite a month adjusting to being a big sister. Overall, she's adjusted okay. Of course she is a bit jealous and doesn't understand when we can't always play or help her right away, but she loves to hold and kiss Collyns and seems to like having her around. Saylor has spent a lot of the last two weeks with the Grandmas or at home with mom and Collyns. She misses her playmates at daycare but is enjoying some alone time with her Grandmas and Grandpas. She still loves going to basketball games and is sad the Rockets season is over. She loves going to Red Raider games which really means she likes playing and running around the balcony with her cousin Sage. She loves to play with her food in her play kitchen especially her cookie set. She also spends lots of time making up beds using her blankets and tucking in her baby and "dowel" (doll.) She also loves to color with markers, pretend to be a doctor, be a self-proclaimed dancing or spinning girl, or play with her daddy. She's mastered a bit of drama this month which has been pretty impressive for a 2 1/2 year old. She still mixes up her pronouns and some consonants and every meal is supper.
