Our sweet little Collyns Makiah is still sweet as ever. This month she is really close to rolling over, drooling like crazy, and smiling at everyone. She's eating about 4-5 oz. of pumped milk every 3-4 hours. She loves to suck on her hands, fists, fingers (including those other than her own). She takes several naps throughout the day but hasn't really settled into any sort of pattern yet. On good nights she will sleep from anywhere from 10 or 11pm to 5 or 6 am and then goes back to sleep after some milk and sleeps again until about 8:30-9. Some nights she will fuss around 2 and want a little milk, but we never have a problem getting her back to sleep. She's transitioned from sleeping in a bassinet in mom and dad's bedroom to her own crib in her own room. She seems more comfortable in the bigger crib and this lets mom get a little more sleep, too. Her four month stats are 14 lbs. 12 oz (76th percentile), 24.75 inches (69th percentile), and her head is 16 in. (38th percentile.) Her stats are about identical to Saylor's at this time. So far this summer she has been on daily walks, trips to the pool, and lots of snuggle time with mom and dad. We are so glad we have summer to spend extra time with her. It has been so fun! It was hard to pick a picture for this month because she looks so different in each one. She can look chubby when she's in her bumbo or being held but totally different when she's standing up so I just put the only three pictures I have of her. We'll be sure to take more pictures next month!
