9 Months

Our little Lovie is 9 months old and a little more smiley than last month.  This month she has become mobile by crawling everywhere.  She also can put anything she finds on the floor in her mouth faster than you can take it out (safe to say she's had a healthy portion of paper) and can pull herself up to stand against toys and furniture.  Although, she always seems to make her way to the dog food dish and the edge of the bathtub.  She loves to feed herself for all three meals so we've been making and eating lots of casseroles and soft foods until more teeth come in.  She's only had two bottom teeth for a long time but some top teeth (at least four) are on their way.  She usually has one bottle (3-4 a day) between each meal on her way to a nap and before falling asleep for the night.  She likes to clap, wave, receive any kind of attention, and be in the middle of the action. Obviously, this means she does not like when someone leaves the room or when she's set down to play by herself. She loves her bath, pulling Saylor's curls, walking while someone holds her hands, her mommy and daddy, and of course, she's still screeching when she's happy, which we love, even in the middle of church. She weighed 18 lbs. 12.5 oz (43rd percentile), 28 inches long (60th percentile) and her head was 17 1/4 inches (40th percentile.)
