Saylor can be described in one word this month. Drama. Yes, some bad drama that we are concerned crazy scared how much worse it could get in the teenage years and some good and entertaining drama, too, that keeps life interesting and fun. Her excitement is contagious. She is very loud and sassy, has an amazing imagination, and it is also becoming more apparent as she grows older that she is gifted with an extremely high vocabulary (or an excessive amount of talking.) She loves to play with her friends (cousins and daycare buddies), ask daddy to "throw up on the bed" which really means throw her on the bed, and do acrobats at a "circus" in her trampoline. She still loves watching Disney Junior on the big iPad, reading books, and eating her favorite food--toast with butter. She refers to things in the past as when she was two and things in the future when she is four. She can now sing her ABC's and The B-I-B-L-E with no mistakes. You'll often hear her say, "whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa," or "that's a terrible idea" or "c'mon, let's go on an adventure." She'll probably say, "I told ya" when she's right and "I'm not mad at ya" when you admit to being wrong. She pronounces all words that end in -ed like "bite -ed" and has decided to drop the "g" off most words. (singin', watchin' playin'.) Don't be surprised if she gives "the glare," the hand up in the air, or a pointer finger waving at you with her hand on her hip if you tell her something she doesn't like to hear. On the other hand, she is also very affectionate so don't be surprised if she smothers you in kisses, wants to give you a hug or tells you she loves you.
