3 Years 9 Months

Saylor's been loving summer.  She wakes up around 8:00-8:30 and usually asks for toast with butter for breakfast.  She plays inside for a little bit and then spends the rest of her day playing outside.  She spends most of her time playing with her neighbor, Sarah.  She also loves to go under the sprinkler, hang on the trapeze of our swing set and go to the swimming pool.  She goes on lots of walks and likes to visit Nana and Papa's new house, Great Grandma Vander Maten, the park or the library.  This month she's doing another gymnastics session and taking swimming lessons.  Her favorite foods are chocolate animal crackers, strawberries, watermelon and spaghetti.  She talks a lot about how big Jesus is and has been asking lots of questions about dying. (Who is going to die first in our family?)  She seems to have grown and elongated. Her swimming suit from last year and some of her pants are too big for her.  We've had to go back to some 3T clothes.  Overall, she's had a fun month playing outside and staying up way too late.  Next month is a big month of moving and going on vacation.
